Description

• Preparation of the new master plan and economic development and placemaking strategy, including innovative recommendations to increase residential population and attract/retain businesses.
• Conduct public engagement sessions with residents, business owners, city officials, and community organizations.
• Provide practical implementation strategies for the new master plan and economic development strategy.
• Provide monthly updates to the Planning Commission.
• Assess the results from community outreach, focus groups, the steering committee, and the Planning Commission.
