Crisis Center Operator Services – Idaho (USA)

Description

Scope of Work:
• Provide 24x7x36 crisis center operator services.
• Provide services for no more than 23 hours and 59 minutes per episode of care.
• Provide case management services for treatment and discharge planning.
• Ensure physical separation by locked doors and walls between specialty mental health services (e.g., adult services, substance use services) and crisis stabilization areas to avoid co-mingling of clients.
• Offer voluntary, outpatient services to individuals experiencing a behavioural health crisis.
• Ensure age-appropriate clients participate in crisis stabilization planning.
• Provide services for individuals with co-occurring conditions or those with cognitive functioning sufficient for personal care and self-governance, including:
• Mental health conditions
• Substance use disorders (SUDs)
• Medical needs (non-hospitalization)
• Intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Physical disabilities
• Clients who may be uninsured or unable to pay
• Youth lacking residency or legal immigration status
