- Understand key pain points among users and the agency team.
- Create a plan to refactor the application to address concerns raised during the assessment while preserving the functional experience.
- Plan and execute a behind-the-scenes refactoring:
- Execute the plan in collaboration with the agency’s Product Development Team.
